Refund and Returns Policy

Hygiene & Safety Exceptions

 

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used masks and filters cannot be returned.
  • This includes any product where the hygiene seal has been broken.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

 

Refund Process

 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, using the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
